It's quite clear that the public at large is being manipulated for the sake of corporate profits. The pharmaceutical industry and commercial agriculture are not concerned with promoting health, but instead, making money off of disease. And when one market begins to dwindle, they simply create a new one by inventing yet another disease--usually by "upgrading" a common symptom into disease status. The USDA uses tax payer money to promote soy products, corn products, pasteurized milk, canola oil, etc., which cause chronic conditions and diseases and are designed to put more profits into the pockets of corporate food producers. But you don't have to fall victim to these tactics. All that is needed is to see them for what they are: manipulative marketing strategies. YOU CAN take control of your health. You don't have to put up with this kind of insanity any longer. By educating yourself you can learn to see right through the propaganda and stop being deceived by the FDA, the USDA, the drug companies and commercial agriculture. See their lies and deceptions for what they are. Then, tell your family, friends and neighbors, and be a source of true education. Collectively we can stop this unwise and foolish expenditure of resources on treatments and low-nutrition foods that do not work, or worse, are completely unnecessary and cause great harm to human health and to the environment. It is a massive David vs. Goliath battle, but there is no doubt in my mind that the victory will eventually be ours.
Guidelines for everyday living:
All diseases, disorders and toxic damage to the body are reversible and can be overcome with super-nutrition combined with toxin elimination. The only medicine that is required for any full recovery is a mostly raw, organic diet. At least 80% of your diet should be raw, organic vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and some grains such as oats and rye. This should be combined with the elimination of toxins (that we, in modern society, are inundated with everyday). You should drink only raw unpasteurized organic milk, eat only free-range organic eggs and raw unpasteurized organic cheese. Beef and chicken should be free-range, grass fed, grass-finished, organic and hormone/antibiotic free. Anything cooked should be cooked at low temperature. Never turn your stove top up over halfway. It takes longer to cook but you won’t destroy the naturally occurring enzymes that are the delivery system for the nutrients to get to your cells.

Free glutamic acids are isolated strands of amino acids that have been separated from naturally occurring protein compounds of 8 or more amino acids. Naturally occurring protein is very healthy, whereas, protein isolates are extremely harmful. The most notable free glutamic acid is MSG but they come in a wide variety of forms and names. Therefore, you should avoid the following ingredients on food and body product labels: anything hydrolyzed, anything autolyzed, anything isolate, anything extract, anything hydrogenated and anything in general that you can’t pronounce or don’t know the meaning of. Avoid all artificial sweeteners (especially neotame and aspartame which is being renamed amino-sweet). For a no-carb, no-calorie sweetener use Stevia without “other ingredients” added. All soft drinks should be avoided, especially zero-cal and low-cal. The National Corn Growers Association is pushing the FDA to allow high fructose corn syrup to be labeled as corn sugar because of the marketing liability associated with HFCS. The two most beneficial sweeteners are grade B maple syrup and evaporated cane juice. They contain all of their naturally occurring minerals and are balanced meaning they do not disrupt insulin levels.
Drink de-ionized water(with trace minerals added back in and set in the sunlight to restructure). Never drink tap water or any bottled water in plastic containers. Flouride and BPA are extremely harmful to the human body–especially to children.

GMO alfalfa has been fully deregulated and most of the alfalfa crops will now be GMO. GMO sugar beets have been partially deregulated and will be prominent very soon. And a growing number of squash, rice and mangoes are GMO. Even organic corn, organic soy, organic canola and organic cottonseed should be avoided because the organic crops have been compromised by the GMO crop pollen. This has also happened with flax crops.
The juicing of organic fruits and vegetables is unparalleled for nutritional impact. Recommended for juicing: organic carrots, organic apples, organic kale and organic spinach (this combination is delicious and covers the nutritional spectrum well–it also chelates toxins from the system). Fresh organic vegetable and fruit juices are a nutritional powerhouse.
You should use only sea salt (it has a full spectrum of trace minerals that are extremely beneficial) Never use table salt.
Supplements: bio-alternatives.com has the purest and least expensive supplements I can find. Mercola.com also has some of the purest and best supplements available. Typical multi-vitamin/mineral tablets offer little benefit. Supplements should always be taken after a nutritious meal consisting of plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables because the best enzymes occur naturally in organic fruits and vegetables and thereby deliver the nutrition and supplemental nutrition more effectively to your cells where it’s needed. Animal-based essential fatty acids (krill oil and the short chain fatty acids in raw organic cow’s milk) are critical for brain and neurological functions as well as many other important body functions.

Pure liquid Vitamin D3 at 5000 international units per day is the best prevention for flu and other infections–and repopulate the lower intestines with beneficial bacteria. 75% of the immune system is in the lower intestine where whatever is put into the body is transferred to the cells. There are extremely harmful side effects from vaccines–the worst (but least apparent) being a compromised immune system which is the exact opposite of the claims. I don’t recommend ever seeing a doctor for anything except for physical damage (such as a broken bone or a laceration). If you are going to be healthy and happy and live a long, productive life you must completely rethink the way you live on a daily basis. The more you research and educate yourself the better off you will be. Of course, you must act on what you learn and, remember, half measures will get you only half results at best. And the more you expose yourself to toxins, eat low-nutrition processed foods and run to the doctor for pharmaceutical treatments the worse your results will be.
